Once you get to Paraguay and get into the work that you're doing you'll be fine. 24 hours of travel is brutal for anyone. We love you and miss you bunches.

You will be just fine, Becky. The hardest part was really saying "Goodbye" at the airport. You are WOMAN! Let's hear you roar!!! ;)

You are in for the time of your life. It will have it's hard moments, but keep your focus. You will have stories for a lifetime.

Becky! You made it! [yay!] Girl, as someone already said, "Goodbye" is the hardest part to handle [wonder who actually shed the biggest tears?....dear ol' Dad, the minute he walked away, I'll just bet ya!] :o) It might feel like forever right now but your time there is gonna fly by so fast and it will be just as sad to say "So long" from there as well! You just accomplished a BIG feat, my friend...and you are making so many people so proud right now! I, for one, am looking forward to living a little through you on this journey, excited to see and hear all that's happening! Get some rest, settle in, acquaint yourself with the surroundings, wake up with a smile that says "HELLOOO PARAGUAY!!" [you're blessed to be there and they're blessed to have you!], and be determined to have the time of your life! Someday you'll thank your dad for having the courage himself to let you go [you lucky girl!]...that takes a LOT of love, you know --- and it's because he knows you'll be bringing back more than you feel you've left behind. What a wonderful chapter in life to be living....look for all the joy in the journey that you can find! We're all right here with you and look forward to the updates!

Hey Beck! Even though I've done this before for only 3 1/2 months instead of 6, I can tell you that it's going to be AWESOME! The worst part about the whole thing is the getting there and getting home. It's like you're in limbo the whole time, and wow, did you have a long haul! Even though you're the only one that you know on the planes and in the airports, God is with you and so are our prayers! Once you get into your routine, you'll be fine. I'm not saying you're not going to be homesick, but you're going to be surrounded by wonderful, Godly people that will become your familia paraguaya! You'll make life-long relationships and memories that you'll cherish forever! Imagine telling your grandchildren of all the adventures you had! :-) We love you Becky! And I'm here if you need me!

I TOTALLY agree with all that Missy and Cherie had to say. They're right u know. (And I bet ur dad did cry the biggest tears after u left. =( I'm pretty sure my dad did too after I came out here to college, and that was only 12 hours away....not a whole 24 hour trip!!) It will be difficult to adjust but we all know you can (and will!) do it! Ur a strong person, my non-dancing australian friend, and having God on ur side makes u only that much more stronger!! (I know, I know, improper grammar....don't cringe! lol. But I felt the need for emphasis) =)

ILY, I miss you, and I'm praying for you daily. I'm soooo proud of you and excited for you! And I look forward to pics, updates, etc. on ur blog and/or FB! =)
